Project-106 Professional Artist Studios

Project-106 Professional Artist Studios were founded in 2013 by Seattle based artist Paul D. McKee to provide much needed artist studios after the closing of the 619 building, which housed over 100 artists. Seven professional studios and METHOD Gallery are housed in 4,000 square feet at the corner of 3rd Avenue South and Yesler Way/Prefontaine Place South intersection in historic Pioneer Square.

Each studio features professional ventilation for light fumes and vapor, heat, provided and maintained track lighting with color correct LED bulbs, an individual 20 amp electrical circuit with ample outlets, locking doors, hallway display space and a shared kitchenette (with refrigerator, espresso machine, filtered drinking water and microwave) and restroom.  High Speed Wifi is provided, free of charge for being a renter.
